The competencies and outcomes build upon themselves at each role. Each level will continue to exercise and master the competencies listed previously.

 

 

Job Summary 

A Certified Trainer begins to take on leadership positions within the store. Certified Trainers are expected to demonstrate strong character and integrity beyond just the functional skill of a team member. Certified Trainers can handle guest complaints, alleviate pressure from Shift Lead and are able to lead individuals.  Certified Trainers act as role models for New Hires.

  • Certified Trainers should be responsive and aware of Slack updates

  • Certified Trainers understand the proper procedures for all tasks a Team Member completes in their given area

  • Successfully assist in training New Hires

  • Able to hold people accountable for fulfilling their role properly

  • Proactively seeks out things that need to be done
