Thank you for choosing to be an integral part of Chick-fil-A in Temecula.
Welcome to Chick-fil-A of Temecula. We’re glad to have you on board! As part of the team, we would like for you to know our vision. Simply put, this store’s Business Vision is “To Be the Temecula Valley’s Most Influential Business”. My personal vision is “To Develop Servants Who Impact and Influence the Places They Lead”. That is a lofty goal and one we will probably always be in pursuit of, never capturing it completely. You were hired because we believe you will play a significant role in helping our business move closer to our vision.
I believe in the culture of our people, the culture of our process and the culture of our continuous growth. I am your business partner. I will do everything I can to honor our partnership. As a new Team Member (TM) I challenge you to act as a steward of the responsibilities given to you as a TM at CFA. Continue to pursue excellence! We are excited to have you on board.
Faithfully,
Jim Toth
