The competencies and outcomes build upon themselves at each role. Each level will continue to exercise and master the competencies listed previously.
Job Summary
Advanced Team Leader positions are divided into four levels: 101, 201, 301 and 401. Within each level there are different opportunities of focus: Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), Drive-Thru, Front Counter, and Hospitality. Positions are also divided into Day and Night opportunities. Advanced Team Leaders interested in moving into the next Advanced Team Leader level must successfully demonstrate the required outcomes of their current position before moving into the next level.
Team Leader 101
Back of House Team Leader 101
Leads the restaurant in accomplishing Jim’s personal vision and vision for the business. Represents the restaurant as the BOH team leader of Chick-fil-A of Temecula. Assists the leadership team in the development of team members. Directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store including: Speed of Service, CEMs, Food Waste and SAFE Standards.
Front of House Team Leader 101
Leads the restaurant in accomplishing Jim’s personal vision and vision for the business.
Represents the restaurant as the FOH team leader of Chick-fil-A of Temecula. Assists
the leadership team in the development of team members. Directly responsible for the
day-to-day operations of the store including: Speed of Service, CEMs, Table Touches and SAFE Standards.

Day Back of House Team Leader 201
Leads the restaurant in accomplishing Jim’s personal vision and vision for the business. Represents the restaurant as the team leader of Chick-fil-A of Temecula’s Day BOH. Assists the leadership team in the development and creation of the BOH by casting vision for team members, setting monthly goals and the creation of raving fans within Chick-fil-A.
Day Front Counter Team Leader 201
Leads the restaurant in accomplishing Jim’s personal vision and vision for the business. Represents the restaurant as the team leader of Chick-fil-A of Temecula’s Day Front Counter. Assists the leadership team in the development and creation of the Front Counter by casting vision for team members, setting monthly goals and the creation of raving fans within Chick-fil-A.
Night Back of House Team Leader 201
Leads the restaurant in accomplishing Jim’s personal vision and vision for the business. Represents the restaurant as the team leader of Chick-fil-A of Temecula’s Night BOH. Assists the leadership team in the development and creation of the BOH by casting vision for team members, setting monthly goals and the creation of raving fans within Chick-fil-A.
Night Front Counter Team Leader 201
Leads the restaurant in accomplishing Jim’s personal vision and vision for the business. Represents the restaurant as the team leader of Chick-fil-A of Temecula’s Night Front Counter. Assists the leadership team in the development and creation of the Front Counter by casting vision for team members, setting monthly goals and the creation of raving fans within Chick-fil-A.
Day Drive-Thru Team Leader 201
Leads the restaurant in accomplishing Jim’s personal vision and vision for the business. Represents the restaurant as the team leader of Chick-fil-A of Temecula’s Day Drive-Thru. Assists the leadership team in the development and creation of the Drive Thru by casting vision for team members, setting monthly goals and the creation of raving fans within Chick-fil-A.
Day Hospitality Team Leader 201
Leads the restaurant in accomplishing Jim’s personal vision and vision for the business. Represents the restaurant as the team leader of Chick-fil-A of Temecula’s Day Hospitality Center. Assists the leadership team in the development and creation of the Hospitality Center experience by casting vision for team members, setting monthly goals and the creation of raving fans within Chick-fil-A.
Night Drive-Thru Team Leader 201
Leads the restaurant in accomplishing Jim’s personal vision and vision for the business. Represents the restaurant as the team leader of Chick-fil-A of Temecula’s Night Drive Thru. Assists the leadership team in the development and creation of the Drive Thru by casting vision for team members, setting monthly goals and the creation of raving fans within Chick-fil-A.
Night Hospitality Team Leader 201
Leads the restaurant in accomplishing Jim’s personal vision and vision for the business. Represents the restaurant as the team leader of Chick-fil-A of Temecula’s Night Hospitality Center. Assists the leadership team in the development and creation of the Hospitality Center experience by casting vision for team members, setting monthly goals and the creation of raving fans within Chick-fil-A.
Advanced Team Leader 301 & 401
Advanced Team Leader 301 & 401
In order to advance to an Advanced Team Leader 301 or 401 positions in our organization, you must be able to handle complex operational and people problems. Being an Advanced Team Leader 301 or 401 in our store means taking on full responsibility and ownership for your area of the business. These levels prepare candidates for a Vice President position.
